"Classic" Support

If you have a problem that cannot be solved by the product's documentation or other resources, please complete the support form and send it. Where appropriate, we may direct you to available public resources. Our goal is to promptly resolve clearly identifiable problems. We regret that we are unable to answer questions on general programming style, or about products we do not support or sell.

4D Partner Programs

Professional developers usually need complete support programs including (besides "classic" support) access to specialized resources and information that is not (or not yet) publicly available. We offer support programs for our French and German speaking developers in Switzerland. 4D offices, subsidiaries and distributors worldwide offer localized support programs.

Resources

By resources we mean publicly available information that can help you solve problems. Most questions have been asked and answered before. The worldwide 4D community is also very helpful: on various mailing lists they ask and answer questions, discuss concepts, exchange ideas etc. More...
